Founded by Lyanne Brooks in 2008, House Dance Hawaii is an annual freestyle House dance contest founded to celebrate self expression, musicality, community, and the spirit of dance through the culture of House.

Over seven years, it brought together dancers, DJs, judges, and supporters from Hawaiʻi and beyond, contributing to the growth and appreciation of House dance throughout the islands.

Today, this website serves as the official home of House Dance Hawaii, preserving its history, celebrating its legacy, and sharing its continuing evolution.
